Replacing stove for convection micro-oven -thoughts

We have a micro/convection in place of where the oven would be.

We still have our oven and use it once in awhile. Most of the time we use a countertop Convection Oven. It works great.

I haven't done it but when I ordered my Chieftain I ordered it with a convection oven and storage drawer where the gas oven would go. we previously had two motorhomes with the oven and it was only used for storage, noisy, small space wasting storage.
