I replumbed my trailer so had to install the supply lines. I chose to keep the original fixtures since they were all solid brass, chrome plated. I disassembled all the valves, cleaned, greased, and replaced the washers and o-rings.
I do some repair plumbing as part of my business so get under all manner of sinks and vanities. I used that experience when I did my trailer plumbing. All supply lines have a full flow brass ball valve connected to a braided stainless steel supply hose. I figured a travel trailer sees more stress to the plumbing than residential so used the best materials available. It costs more to do it like this but should be a one time expense.
