Running lights on when camping, use a fuse & dimmer?

The only way I want a bunch of lights around my campsite is if those same lights would somehow eliminate all those **** pesky mosquitoes. I'm full timing at a lake side RV park and none of RV residents use any of their outside lights. If they do, it is to get into storage compartments and then they are quickly turned off. The only lights seen are campfires/firepits and the pesky boat ramp light.
