RV Queen entire removal: Circuit Breaker Panel relocate

I am removing the queen bed entirely in a 2012 2251S chevy c-class forest river forester and I see perhaps a floor vent not sure, but there is a breaker panel there in the box.  I want to remove this...

Hi,

 

I did not replace the oven and stove top--but I do use an induction hob, and a large stand alone oven  with rotisserie (120 volts). I also use a slow cooker while trundling down the road, keeping in a sink and using a bungee cord to secure the lid.
