I use the Dill Trailer Kit. Dill is the OEM for many vehicle mfrs, and they offer an aftermarket trailer kit based on the same technology. Sensors are internal, so never have to worry about damage or air leakage from an external sensor. Measures both psi and temp for 4 tires.
System is 2 yrs old and no battery issues. Had the sensors installed when I had the tires balanced, I think they charged me $2.50/tire to install the TPMS sensors. So far very happy with the system.
