RV Wireless TPMS Systems - which one is preferred

I am presently in the market for the subject system and would like to know which ones are preferred by those of you who have them and why. I note that there are systems by Tireminder and TST and ot...

So I spent a few minutes looking for a price for the Dill 4-sensor system and could not get a good result - why so hard to find. For example it is hard to find the 1504-453 or 1504-572 on Amazon, which says 'Currently unavailable - We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock'. Googling these parts does not yield ready results.

I do like the fact that they are internal, but the external ones are easy to buy and apparently work just fine.
