FYI - some of the OEM aluminum rims DO NOT allow for stardard metal valve stems (the kind with the threaded nut installation). The clearance around the valve core on the outside of the rim is too small). I ended up going with a metal valve core, but the regular pull in mount.
I then took a piece of fuel line and slipped it over the metal valve stem. It's a snug fit now and can't flop around.

*Edit: Well, crap. After fiddling with the pics and trying to get them to embed directly, it's not happening for me. And I'm no newbie at this crap. Or at least I don't think I am. :S
