Question for Richard (93Cobra2771)....how long have you had those flow thru's & how many times have you had to add air to the tires since you bought them ?
My experience is that i might remove my cap style once or twice every 12-15 months (to add air or change batteries)....now that i have the system i don't need to use a conventional tire gauge to check the pressures (i just turn the monitor on)...so I'm really touching the valve stems (and the sensors) far less than i ever was before i had the system.
The flow through's came out after I bought my TST 507 kit. The only negative I've read about them is the fill rate is slow. Maybe cobra can shed some light.
