You may want to check to be sure. BUT. I have been told silicon is NOT a good sealant for use on rubber roofs. something about the silicon has a adverse effect on the rubber.
however. there are many types of good calking / sealant that does NOT contain silicon. I used some to reseal my skylight. Works great
