I like the well nut idea. I was a little skeptical but if the work like the picture provided in a previous post on this thread they might be the best bet. I have reached out to one forum member who has used them and he tells me they have worked well and are still holding. I'm not sure how long they have been installed but don't look too difficult to replace if the rubber goes bad. I really like the idea of the well nut expanding on the back side. Seems like they would hold better than any screw.
