You might also check at boat supply stores or marinas that have a store. Both of those items are common on boats.

As far as the undermount slides is concerned, I think you will be hard pressed to find them in that length. It is easy to find the normal side mounted ones that long but not the undermount. Perhaps a 24-28 in long would work and let some of the drawer hang out at the end? Good luck.
