The Doulton Under Sink Filter
On our first outing with the new sink, faucet and Doulton Under Sink Filtration System we found the water very tasty out of the Under Sink Filter. I have to say it comes at a pretty slow rate though....

I would say 16 ounces takes a good 10 seconds. Which is really no big deal as we are on vacation anyway right? The upstream filter element I put in is a Scale remover and is pretty hefty. The downstream element is a ceramic/carbon for additional filtration and taste. This could be the reason it's kind of pokey. I ordered a 5 micron "gravel strainer" to replace the hefty scale filter upstream and see if that helps flow with out compromising the taste of the water. We are taking a little ride up the coast in a week and I will see what the new filter does to the flow.
Hmmmm "very tasty" to me means something is in the water that shouldn't be there.:S Purfied water should have "NO TASTE":h\
