We bought this coach 5 years ago with 50k miles on it for $7k. Guy wanted $15k but he had showed it to 5 or 6 people with no interest in July and it was 118 degrees out. He got sick of showing it to people with it blistering inside, generator running, A/C's trying to keep up, etc. I low balled it as that was all I could afford at the time and he took it just because he was fed up.
I'd say we have another $2,000 in engine stuff in it (belts, hoses, water pump, alternator, thermostat, pulleys, Safe-T-Plus bar, Trac bar in back, etc). Couch and captains chairs were done by father-in-law for $800, whereas shops wanted $3,000.
Too bad these things depreciate faster than Phoenix fades plastics ;)
