- sh410ExplorerAnother issue may be the quantity of hot water available.
- AllegroDNomadHow much of a beating will it take back there with the bouncing.
- sch911ExplorerWhy not just use the CG laundry facilities? Seems so much easier...
- peterepeteExplorerThanks to all replies. Now to look for portable washer to use inside camper. Maybe twin tub. D.
- peterepeteExplorerOops the machine will be bolted to rack not weled
- peterepeteExplorerOk bare with me, why would metal fatigue be any different than inside the camper?
- tvman44ExplorerLook out when it gets to the spin cycle, probably crack a lot of welds due to metal fatigue. :(
- peterepeteExplorerThank you for reply, discharge water will go into sewer. We'll be at a full hook up site.
- I_am_still_waynExplorerPutting that much weight on the back of a travel trailer is a bad idea. The trailer frame is not designed for that weight and could cause structural problems. That much weight on the back lightens the tongue weight which could cause stability problems while towing. The machine itself is not designed to be out in the weather and you can expect for circuit boards and other electrical components to fail quickly. You could also expect rust to form in and around the machine ultimately rendering it unusable. Overall, this is a bad idea.
- bywaysExplorerWhere will you drain the discharge water? Beyond that, I don't see a problem, other than cosmetic...and that should only matter to you.
