You’re not gonna find “plumbing plans” or any other for most any RV. And it’s old. Like asking if someone randomly knows where the plumbing lines are in a random home. There are clues but no roadmap for those who don’t know where to start.
With that, your RV system does not defy gravity and water doesn’t flow uphill, therefore something in your description of the problem is inexplicable.
Water coming up through the floor like an artesian spring AND not leaking down is not something that makes any sense.
