I'm not sure I would consider something reliable, if it has parts that fail regularly.
I do appreciate the photos with part numbers as I have an almost 1 year old yet to fail Q. I still have a few more years on the warranty, but part numbers will certainly come in handy if I need to replace outside of warranty.
