I have the LP hose and I am able to connect my grill using the quick connect connection on the RV. However I have found that just carrying an additional 20# tank is the best way to go.
Using the hose works however depending on the site being right nest to the RV is not always the best place to set up the grill.
Having a dedicated larger tank allows me to set up the grill wherever I want without dealing with the tiny disposable tanks. The 20# tanks are more reasonably priced as well
I have the LP connection on door side of the RV. I have not changed my Q to this yet. I can see your point about site conditions. Do you think if a person started out with a 20-25' hose that would take care of any problems?
You wont find a hose that long(at least I never have), so you'll have to series two 12's or get one custom made
Thanks!
Two 12' would be good. May only need 12' at times.
