Only got one done due to time constraints, but I'm very happy with it. Probably too many pictures below, but I figured more is better? Criticism and ideas are welcome, I still have three more to do, but will be a week or two.
Lifting the panel to put down eternabond tape underneath:

After the tape was laid down, I put the panel down and marked the holes so I knew where to predrill:

After I drilled the holes, I put a circle of leveling sealant around the holes:

When I lowered the panel down, the excess sealant came through the mount holes, as seen in the bottom of the pic:

I then puddled the sealant to cover the screw head:
