Where to store the wine?
We're on an extended trip through Northern Ca and Or. So where do I store the wine for this trip? A piece of 1/8 masonite, some 1x1's a couple of bungees and 30 minutes. All safe and sound! Easy ...

We use a much simpler but less elegant solution. We have several Wine Crates from the Container Store and keep them under the dinette seats. Some of the taller bottles won't fit there so we sometimes just leave a crate by the side wall under the dinette table. Haven't had one fall over yet. We sort wine by type in the various crates.
Wine Crates
We used to store our wine in the "crate", but I got tired of pulling out numerous bottles to look at labels to find the wine I wanted.
Of course, if it's in the box of Merlot/Pinot/Syrah/Ripple it isn't a problem. :)
