Wiinebago back-up cameras
For those of you that have a late model Winnebago class A with the back-up camera that displays on the center-mounted radio screen. With our 2015, the radio, being in the center of the dash, was very hard to see the image due to glare from the side as well as it required you to turn your head to try to see it. The 2016 Winnies now have the radio tilted towards the driver (2015 and earlier face straight back) but the radio is still kind of far away from your driving line of vision. I went eBay trolling and found a 7" monitor for about $30 and mounted it just to the left of the instrument cluster. It came with a long enough cable that I just needed to unplug the camera feed from the radio and into the monitor harness. Many of the Winnebagos (mine included) also have the mirror mounted side cameras but the center radio display made them pretty worthless for driving help. Now the camera views are easy to see with just an eye movement glance down and the new display is bigger than the radio screen. It also helps when backing up with an outside helper as you can be looking at the outside mirror to see the helper and also see the camera view right next to it. Starting to feel like a professional bus driver!!
