Wild idea -- skirts & a propane flame box underneath?

We have a camper that sits out all winter up at the lake I take the kids up deer hunting a couple time in the winter we take a load of straw bales with us and go around the camper about 15 bales does it. There is a huge difference keeps the camper much warmer and water stays flowing. Our fresh water tank is under the couch inside the camper though.
