You used the picture posting app and then tried to insert the URL from that app into the picture icon link at the top of the reply box. You do not use the icon link but just insert the copied URL directly into your post. By doing what you did, there were extra img statements at the beginning and end of your picture URL and the forum software correctly rejected it.
In the future, just copy/paste the URL you get from the app directly without any additional steps or additions. Your picture will then appear in your post and be properly sized for forum use. :)
