I saw an ad on Facebook for this guy: http://www.thervroofman.com/ Product looks good, but is it really? Has anyone actually used it before?

I used that product (or one very similar) on my roof a few years ago and posted about it with pictures and links here. So far, my roof is holding up well and I am glad I did it.
I have NOT used the company that you mentioned however and they might be using a different product, although they say they are using Liquid Rubber EDPM.
