1/2 ton towable - sure
We just traded in our Cougar 314efs. This is a 33 ft Bunkhouse. Saw it on the web today with the comment "towable by most half ton pickups". The GWVR is 11700.

But is it 1/2 ton stoppable? I was cut off on the steepest part of the coquihalla yesterday by a semi. He was doing maybe 20MPH and I was doing 55MPH, jammed hard on the binders, the wife braced for impact, but we avoided a collision. Try that with a 1/2 ton pulling a 12000lb load.
