I'm in the market for a Razor and would like to get the 1000 4 seat, but it's about 4" too long.I have a Ragen 30' 5th wheel with 12' to the first cabinet which encloses the stove, so not interested in modifying the cabinet.What have you done to fit?I thought about letting some air out of the tires or even removing the front left as this is the only one affected. Maybe make a smaller wheel for loading/unloading?Other option is the 900 4 seat or a 2 seater.Let's hear some ideas.

I've always wondered if you could raise one end a little bit to fit the longer SxS into the 12' garage.I just did a little math and it turns out you'd have to raise it quite a bit to gain those four inches. If my math is right, you'd need to raise one end up almost 35 inches. That seems like a lot.(a^2)+(b^2)=(c^2)If:(a) is the amount you would need to lift one end,(b) is 12 feet garage (or 144 inches), and(c) is the hypotenuse, the length of the 12'4" Razor (or 148 inches)Then:(34.17601^2) + (144^2) = (148^)That's a pretty tall lift to squeeze those extra four inches into the twelve foot garage.It seemed more viable in my head until I saw how much you would have to raise the end. That doesn't seem safe at all.

Thanks for the thought. These things are getting big and thee is only a few inches of height clearance so you couldn't raise it much anyway.

Just pull in and remove the valve core from that tire. Reinstall and reinflate to exit. Less work than removing a wheel.

Perhaps turning the wheel to the left as it gets to the cabinet will allow the wheel to come back far enough to fit? Maybe ask the Polaris sales guy if you can load one to see how close it actually is to fitting? If they are interested in making a sale I would think they would be accommodating.

I wanted to buy from Simi, and would have got the 900 there but LA Cycle had a deal that they couldn't touch. Apparently they got it in last year with a lot of Polaris incentives so they were able to pass them on.
I'll buy parts and get service at Simi. Great people and even told me essentially to buy From La Cycle because it was such a good deal.
I didn't want to deal with the rain plus our great "entertainer in chief" had the traffic screwed up for his typical fundraisers, so will pick it up Tuesday.

Take the trailer to the Polaris dealer and tell them if it fits, you will buy it. They will figure it out for you.

I think it should fit it the cabinet is only by the tire, the front end sticks out maybe a foot past the tire.

My son and his wife bought a new TH this weekend and we were discussing this. When Razor came out with the new cars at 12'4" it put the TH industry on its ear, few make a garage model that can haul these and everyone is scrambling to be the first on the market.
