15 amp service and ac
We have just purchased a new rig with 2 air conditioners. Camping next weekend with weather forecast to be hot! If everything else is on propane can we run one air conditioner?

Don't guess.....or take guesses from well meaning folks here.....as a wrong guess can have nasty consequences.
Find out the wattage requirement of the A/C that you have.
Contact a dealer, the manufacturer or look for a "serial plate" somewhere on the unit.
A 15 amp, 120 volt circuit will only provide about 1800 watts. At 110 volts, it's 1650 watts. If you will be close to that, it would be MUCH better to run the generator.
