I have the Sailun G-rated S637 tires but have only put a few thousand miles on them so I can't vouch for their long term usage. But I'm very happy with them and yes, they are substantially cheaper than the Goodyear's.
When I checked, the Goodyears were well over $300 each, and the Sailun's were less than $200. Since I was putting them on a triple axle, it was pretty much a no-brainer for me. Over $600 will buy a fair amount of fuel. :)
