It is extremely difficult to follow the OP's story. At first it appers they are dead in the water with 60 issues, some that cannot allow the coach to be towed. Then the factory apparently offered to rent the OP a coach to finish their vacation but that was declined by the OP due to traveling with multiple dogs. However, it appears that the OP did do a 1400 mile shake down trip prior to this vacation and hopefully got all the issues fixed before leaving for Arizona from Canada. At some point the OP's hubby fixed some minor stuff as the dealer was a $700 ferry boat ride away.
I think part of the issue for us is how hard it is to follow the OP's narrative and the fact that the OP apparently wants a 2014 model not the current one as she cites the many improvements in the newer model. I guess I would contact the bank (if financed) and see what could be done to trade for another coach. Me, I would go with another manufacturer, maybe find that new coach at a dealer in Arizona, and let the current coach go back to their factory for repairs.
Failing getting a new coach, things like squeaks in the floor could probably be taken care of when back home at the factory as could any TV/radio issues. Fix the things the render the coach unmoveable and then take it to the factory. But, as the OP shares it seems like they want another coach so why not just trade it off now and continue on the vacation? I am sure that there is an emerging other side of the story as well-- the factory's.
