2001 Dutchman Signature
Looking real hard at a 2001 Dutchman Signature for $6900 which is negotiable. Wondering if anyone has had any experience with such? and if so how was it? Would you buy another Dutchman?

If you have not bought a used RV before, keep in mind water leaks are the number one killer of RVs. Search HARD for any evidence of them (ceiling staining, soft spots in floor). If they are evident, it's not worth much as the cost in material and time is huge to fix. When purchased cheap by someone who enjoys that sort of hobby work, can be a good deal for that person. If you have to pay someone for those repairs, getting one free can be absurdly expensive.
