Well we bought our 38 footer new in fall of 2003. It was a new 2004. We have fulltimed in it since day one, 365/24/7. So next month we will have had it eleven years. Just got back from Alaska with it the end of July. Sits for about 5-6 months in Yuma, AZ. during the winter and then the summers in Montana and Idaho. I do my own work and maintaince. Outside of tightening different things, adding solar, new water pump, one Dometic refer finally crapped out in May after 10 years in continual us it has been a fine rig. As far as an owners manual, there are a lot of pages, but most is related to vendor products. There is really no wiring diagrams etc. just like most RVs. I had an Atwood stove problem in the first six months, didn't fool with Alfa since this is a vendor related issue. Atwood replaced it and the labor free. Also a Carefree slide/window awning issue. Went the same route for this issue. Two years ago I replaced the slide seals. Trailer has never been back to the selling dealer or any other dealer. I suggest you check out www.alfateersrvservice.com They worked for Alfa before they folded up, then bought the Alfa stuff at the auction. If this rig were destroyed today, I'd be scouring the Craigs List and other RV for sale ads and replace it with the same thing. Nothing on the market today has the storage, usability, etc. as this rig. If I can be of more help just PM me.
