The various pro-installed roofs seem to start around 200-300/ft. This entails removing =everything= from the roof; vents, A/C, skylights, etc. Then the old membrane is stripped off. If no damage is found, then the new roof is put on and everything else put back. If there =is= damage found, then they install new roof sheeting. This is on top of the original cost. I looked into doing this on my old '04 Komfort in about 2015. Cost was about $7,500 for a 28-29' roof. 1 A/C, 2 skylights, 2 vents, 2 tank vents, reefer vent, luggage rack and 2 antennae, IIRC. Then, if there was any underlying damage, cost went up from there. I declined...
