2005 keystone cougar 5th wheel thoughts for first purchase?

Seems to be a little overpriced for private party. Should be more in the $9k range. Cougars are definitely not top of the line for Keystone but middle of the road quality. If you are new to 5th wheels, be sure to bring someone along to check the frame, tires, hangers, and major structures before purchase. If two of the tires were replaced, the other two are probably bad also. That is a very long time to sit without having rodent, dry rot issues, etc.
