2006 5vr Low or No Road Use would you buy
I am looking for a 5vr and found two 2006 Cardinal's 32 feet long with 3 slides I think 30TS models.
One is located in a mobile home park and used as a residence for a single person that supposedly is there 3 nights a week. has replaced refer, stove and water heater recently, never been on road other than to deliver. does look to be in good condition.
other is same model but the original owner never used it or only one or two times. Looks brand new. plastic covers on chairs and couch and tags on the shower walls.
Are axle and bearing issues likely since they have not been rolled since 06?
What would people expect the price to be above high retail for the one that is almost un used?
