Bowti, there actually aren't many in my area that suit my needs. When I went to look at it there wasn't any electric there but I was definitely going to check those things out before buying.
I know this is an older camper than what most of you guys and gals have but if I get it, it won't be long until it's under cover. It won't be used very hard so I think it should hold up well. I asked him if it had been resealed this year and he just gave me puzzled look. It may not have been resealed since new but the sealing still looks good except for one small spot that has bubbled. I checked that corner inside and saw no evidence of leaking.
