Looking at 2007 Jayco with front bunks. I prefer a bunk house with slides, but this is in nice condition. Asking price of $22,000, appears very high, got them down a bit, but still appears high 1t $17...

Since I have an 08 exactly like you are talking about, I think that $22000 is extremely high since I paid in the mid $20K range for ours new. IMHO, I think that $17.5K to $19K would be a reasonably good price.
