LOL, that kinda sums up most RV manufactures. Some finish less than 95%.

We looked at the Jayco's when shopping for a 5th wheel. We then looked at the Winnebago Lite Five which we felt was far better built, better quality cabinets, trim, nicer outer fiberglass skin etc. The Lite Five is nearly identical to Winnebago's One TT series. We've had ours for a year and love it!

I really like my Jayco, and in looking at the floorplans of the two, the decision would likely come down to a couple of things.

How many people will you sleep regularly? The jackknnife sofa in my Jayco is hard to sleep on - the seat area is fairly firm and the back area is very squishy, so you end up being rolled from higher squishy to lower firm as you try to sleep. Also I would rather not have someone sleep in LR regularly. Winnibago appears to sleep more, so if you need the beds, I would go with it. If you have folks sleeping in LR on regular basis, your Master bedroom is less private and you have to walk past where others are sleeping to go to bathroom. May not be an issue for you, but it was for me.

I do like that it appears the Jayco has bedside tables below wardrobe cabinets at head of Master bed. As I look for what I may full time in, I will not consider one that doesn't have a bedside table/shelf. I gotta have somewhere for my glasses, my cell phone and my key fob with panic button. This is partially because I travel alone, but I have become accustomed to these things being handy and want them to continue being handy.

You have to decide what is important to you.

We enjoy our Winnebago Lite Five. It pulls like a dream and is built extremely well. Looked at a Jayco but decided Winnebago was better built and ours came with a LifeTime Warranty.

I would find it very hard to stray away from Jayco. I really love the 26BH. The 19BH was a headache but was built during the recession when Jayco was closing plants. BUT Jayco made everything right and as hassle free as possible. That's why we bought the 26BH. For the money, build quality, and features, I have yet to find a better camper than the Jay Flight line. Never looked at the Eagle, that's for those rich city folks who want luxury. :D

We are very happy with the quality of our Jayco White Hawk Bunkhouse. Zero problems in two years and we have used it for 70 nights of camping.

We bought a smaller trailer in the Minnie line and have bee very happy with it. But the Jayco Eagle line is a very nice line so I think it would boil down to floorplan, local dealer for warranty service and best deal. The two year warranty would be a tiebreaker for me. If Jayco had a lightweight trailer with the same features and storage as our 2201DS, I would have gone with
Jayco as I really liked the local dealer when I stopped to look at their inventory.

Winnie bought Sunnybrook a very good trailer.Mine was built about 6 mounths after. I love my Sunnybrook by Winabego. Deciding factors for me were floor plan I wanted And I made changes to trailer such as trin beds added a window.These people were very willing to work with me.
