I don't consider Heartland as high end. Price evidently is not the determining factor as to what is high end. Heartland does claim "full timer", but I could claim my tent is full time as well. It is more of a marketing claim than based on facts. I am not trying to bash Heartland, but simply expressing my observaton.
This coming from someone who never owned a Heartland...FACT is I fulltimed for six solid years in a 2008 Bighorn, long before they actually warranted it as such, and trust me...it IS built for fulltiming!! Even more so now.
Never had a freezing issue, inside or out, and stayed in temps well below freezing. Also never had an issue keeping it cool in temps above 100, using two A/C's of course...AND every fixture, cabinet, hinge, etc. held up beautifully and looked and worked like new when we sent it off to a new owner this past December!!
Not to mention the more than 80K miles we put on it...
We are now living in a Heartland Landmark and expect an even better experience! Have been in it since December and have NOT been disappointed...and this unit, in addition to being warranted for fulltime use also has a 2+5 warranty...that tells me the company is MORE than confident in the fulltime product they are producing...that's my humble opinion which is based on facts.
I noticed that you are a Heartland "ambassador" so I would expect you to have a lot of brand loyalty.
