Brand loyalty has nothing to do with it.
It is fulltime rated based on it's insulation factor, build quality of cabinetry, appointments, etc. It is only your opinion that "other trailers" are built better...don't be shy, name them.
Just because other manufacturers aren't confident that their products can hold up to fulltime use that's their issue....Heartland products have proved they are very capable of being lived in fulltime, in all sorts of weather, and can hold up for the long haul...if they weren't Heartland wouldn't have added the full time rating or extended the warranty....
