Blessings in disguise. We went, a/c didn't work, blinds were damaged, a few little cosmetic issues and a few concerns that weren't able to be answered. and the price is comparable to a new one of similar style and actually that we like a bit better. So, long story short, pass on that purchase and on to the other one. If we wait a moth or two or three, so we will get what and we want and not what we don't want including colors and options as well. So Have a great day to all, Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !
