Wow, this is a good reminder for all of us, even those like me that don't have a toyhauler. This most likely would have been a huge disaster had you not done a thorough inspection on the frame. Also,look at those welds.....I think with 5 minutes of instruction, my 4 year old grandson could weld better than that. I do think your frame is savable, but there needs to be a lot of work done and reinforcement added. That spider-webbed crack will just keep on spreading until something finally gives way.
