I have had good luck with Lippert support as well. I thought I had a frame problem with my 5th wheel I swore the frame was cracked when I noticed my front closet wood frames were bending. When i pulled the front cap back it actually turned out I was the how Keystone attached their aluminum interior framing to the Lippert Frame. They just used small sheet metal screws that pulled out of the frame.
Another thing they mentioned to me was that they build frames to the manufacturers spec's, all to often they under spec the frames to save money!
There are always two ways to look at a problem. But I do have to admit their welds often don't look that great :-)

There is no 2 ways of looking at it.
Building a crappy frame to the mfg spec and stampimg your name on it does not make it any more right. Couple that with they cant weld.
They have the opportunity to make things right...they are building the foundation, yet they chose to take the cheapest build and quality to maximise profit juat like the rv mfg does.
