We have had fram flex issues on our Montana, and Keystone did a what I call patch job in fixing it, did not get to the root of the problem. As mentioned above, I checked into extended warrantys when I started having the frame flex issue, and no one will cover frame or sidewall problems........I will never buy a Lippert Framed trailer again after the h*ll we been through........
We had a frame flex type issue on our Montana and Keysotne Montana asked us to take it into the Camping World in Burlington, WA. Montana supposedly paid Camping World in Burlington to fix our unit but as far as we could tell late all they did was something very superficial. Had the same problem showed up in AZ and after getting in contact with Marcus Lemonis, President/CEO, Camping World/Good Sam, he got the local Mesa Camping World people out to our RV Park for an inspection. They immediately asked for us to bring the unit in. They completely removed the whole front cap and found multiple aluminum frame welds that had broken. They repaired it all at Camping World's expense as far as I know. The Burlington, WA CW hadn't really fixed anything. However, after viewing what had broken it was quite obvious that Montana had built a totally inadequate frame in the frontal area. The local CW had to beef up the whole structure to give it adequate stength. Montana should have paid for all the repairs but I don't think they did. If it hadn't been for Marcus's intervention we probably would still be tring to get it repaired properly. We will not ever own another Montana.
