FYI after a year of rear end shake when taking off from a stop and numerous attempts to repair Chryslers says this is normal SO BEWARE OF 3500 DIESEL PICKUPS

Our 2001 chev 3500 8.1 dually had some of this but we had the rear lowered 2" with shorter rear spring shackles and this probably was the reason for the launch shudder. It was not much but as most feel the right foot was the fix and it was for me. I have not felt it on our 05 but I don't take off like a race car or maybe I would feel something. Our 05 has torque management.
