Do you have the factory fifth wheel prep in that one, having the five holes in the box???
If so, then there is an adapter available from your Ram dealer that should allow use of the Reese hitch.
Don't allow ignorance on the part of your dealer to delay your hitch installation. Others have posted here saying the dealers are just not in the loop so to speak on knowing of this available adapter.
