Pullrite. We have a 2012 and when we purchased it, thre were also no hitches available. We had a Pullrite previously and wanted the same hitch. Pullrite used our truck to test fit a hitch. Maybe you could call them and they would do the same for you. We did pay for the hitch, just not the installation.
