2014 Cyclone 3100

So I'm in the process of purchasing this toy hauler and have been negotiating prices from 2 local dealers and 1 dealer in Indiana. One of the local dealers has a unit in Stock with the following options :hd package, 3 tvs, 3 ac units, rear awning, patio enclosure, 2nd fuel cell, 3 season doors, and double reefer. We did not necessarily want all these options due to being price conscious. Also it is copper and we wanted blue graphics. I was able to negotiate with the Indiana dealer and order NE from the factory exactly how we wanted it. So while I'm telling the local dealer no, he sends an email with a prices of...... $55k! That seems too good to pass by even if it's not the color we want. It's got additional options and cheaper than what I can get from factory. Can someone please shed some light on if this is a great deal?
