Sorry but this may be a tad long of a post. I am now ready to move up to a 5th Wheel TH. I have been considering the Cyclone 4100, Fuzion 390, Raptor 365LEV and the Voltage 3600. Also I need to share that I'm currently in Kuwait until Sept and I have not stepped foot in any of these models yet, I'm in the research phase, but will purchase my new rig in Oct once I'm home.I've come down to thinking that I cant find 100% of everything I desire in a TH, but the Cyclone comes pretty close. I would prefer a north/south bed, but I can comprise on that I guess.I've been reading the Heartland forums for the past few weeks and of course with it being a Heartland Forum, most all the post are cheery and upbeat and it makes me feel or think that the Cyclone is a good product.This is not my first trailer and I know a very thorough PDI and a few shake down trips will find problems that will need to be addressed.My question is to Cyclone 4100 owners out there, are you still happy with your purchase? No problems with slide leaks? Do you find there is enough storage in the kitchen for food, dishes ect? How about what your towing your TH with? I feel I have enough truck for it, but its still a heavy coach empty.How many of you when you were in the pre purchase phase considered some of the other models I mentioned, and what made you choose the Cyclone?Thanks..

Not a Cyclone owner but a very satisfied Heartland Big Horn owner. The Heartland Unhappie's will be here shortly but the vast majority of Heartland Owners have found the company eager to please when warranty issues and service problems arise...The problem with most manufacturers lies in the dealer network. Rv owners are expecting warranty and service like provided by most of the auto manufacturers...ie...you can take your unit to any dealer and they will fix it under warranty...this attitude does not prevail in the RV world...but Heartland tries to work around this by allowing "ANY" RV dealer do warranty worlk as long as they are contacted first. Many on this forum have taken advantage of this policy...Usually, but not always, communication issues are the source of the problem child units...Good Luck in your search...the Cyclone 4100 is a nice unit...almost traded for one last year but decided to keep the "Horn"Regards

I was considering all the toy haulers you mentioned until I found the perfect fit for me was none of them. I decided to go with the Grand Design Momentum 385TH and could not be more happy with my decision. It had everything I was looking for and the best part only 2 axles. I was not interested in getting a 3 axle toy hauler. Just my opinion. Do some research on Grand Design and check out the Grand Design owners forum. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!

Wow the Grand Design Momentum is a nicely laid out coach. I saw the MSRP on it, pretty pricey but looks very well made. Very sharp looking. The website didn't state if different exterior colors were available.

No full body paint. The outside is a tan color with the roof to match. The MSRP is on par with the Voltage. But can usually get it for about 30% off MSRP.

Happy with my Road Warrior 415. Close cousin to the Cyclone. Only had minor issues that come with all of these trailers.If it has the features and layout you like, walk around in one when you're CONUS and pull the trigger.

the cyclone in my sig is our first heartland rig; we've had very limited issues so far, a plugged vent and a misaligned shade, we put about 5k miles on per year

the factory did deliver the first one in the wrong color; but they went above and beyond in making it right

While I don't have the specific model you are looking at, I have the 3950 HD edition. We had our fair share of teething pains, and through friendly persistence we were able to get everything corrected by the factory. My few dealings with the Heartland group (via the forum) were all positive and it's my belief that if you approach the issues with a positive and non-aggressive attitude you can get a lot done. They essentially redid my entire inside due to some interesting design flaws. After 4+ years and over 25k miles we still love it and would buy another. They are heavy beasts but the 1 ton dually seems to handle them fine, I've towed through Colorado (Wolf Creek Pass), LA, Florida, Sturgis, etc. No problems that weren't my own doing.

ahaha, ya, tell me about it. Im towing my 415 with a 1 ton srw... I have the tires and rims to hold it, but its to much.

I have a 2012 Ram 3500 DRW with a lot of mods, I should be ok.... I Hope :)

Saw a Grand Design Momentum at the Raleigh RV Show. Wow. Quality was very nice and much better than our Cyclone.

We had a Cyclone for two years and will never own another Heartland again. Just my .02.

We have had our Cyclone for almost 7 years and still love it. I would buy another Heartland product again. Make sure you have the right tow vehicle cause the 4100 is heavy.

my apologies...you're right...I was thinking RW 390...have not been inside a RW415...looks nice with a large looking living room. One of my toy hauler floor plan complaints is the lack of a separate feeling living room...Using my fiver for long term housing around the country means I want the comforts of a home like living room...so far I have not found one I really like and I have not the budget for a New Horizons...
