Not a Cyclone owner but a very satisfied Heartland Big Horn owner. The Heartland Unhappie's will be here shortly but the vast majority of Heartland Owners have found the company eager to please when warranty issues and service problems arise...
The problem with most manufacturers lies in the dealer network. Rv owners are expecting warranty and service like provided by most of the auto manufacturers...ie...you can take your unit to any dealer and they will fix it under warranty...this attitude does not prevail in the RV world...but Heartland tries to work around this by allowing "ANY" RV dealer do warranty worlk as long as they are contacted first. Many on this forum have taken advantage of this policy...
Usually, but not always, communication issues are the source of the problem child units...
Good Luck in your search...the Cyclone 4100 is a nice unit...almost traded for one last year but decided to keep the "Horn"
