I think the biggest problem they will face is with the kids. Three boys or three girls, not such a problem, but with 2 boys and a girl, sleeping arrangements could be a problem. If they were much younger, not such a problem, but they're dealing with teens or near teen. I wish them a lot of luck, because I see privacy as a major problem that even a MH wouldn't fix.
