2014 Keystone Fuzion 331 - air antenna booster button?

I have a new Keystone Fuzion 331 that I have plugged into cable for the first time. We typically dry camp, so I've only used the air antenna in the past. I can't get the cable to work at this campgr...

I have a 2013 Fuzion 331, We have the same issue as Ronjadog, but after troubleshooting for a while I found that our antenna housing was cracked because of weather and water seeped in. that would explain why the amplifier was not working. we are looking to replace it with a winegard sensar IV antenna.
